Contact our team within 14 days of product delivery for a free replacement or refund. To initiate the process, use the Contact Us form and attach a clear photo showcasing the issue. Please refrain from sending any items back until we have approved your request and provided instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Cost: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
